When Pressure Becomes
Part of the Working Day

Pressure does not always look dramatic. It can show up in how people communicate, how well they concentrate, the tension they carry, how quickly patience runs out and how much of the working day follows them home. Over time, those quieter signs can affect boundaries, team relationships and people’s ability to recover between demands.

I Am Well helps organisations respond before those patterns become harder to shift. Staff and managers learn practical ways to notice pressure, regulate after difficult moments and use small resets within the working day. Sessions are shaped around the workforce, the working environment and what the organisation is actually seeing.

Commission Workplace Wellbeing Support

I Am Well works with organisations to provide practical wellbeing support for teams working under pressure.

Support can be commissioned as a standalone session, a short programme or ongoing provision, with delivery shaped around your workforce, working environment and the pressures your people are experiencing.

I Am Well in Practice

The setting may change, but the question is always the same: what will be genuinely useful to the people in the room?
These are two ways organisations have brought I Am Well into their work.

Sickle Cell Society

A Practical Comfort Tool to Take Home

Sickle Cell Society invited I Am Well to deliver an aromatherapy workshop for participants. We talked about using essential oils safely, and everyone created a body oil for their own rest and comfort routine alongside established care.

The response led to further requests for wellbeing workshops.

The Parent House

Supporting the People Who Support Others

The Parent House commissioned a staff session around the emotional demands of people-facing work and the pressure that can follow people home.

Staff learnt practical techniques they could use during the working day and after difficult conversations. I Am Well has since been invited back to deliver further workshops.
