Unite in Stillness is a weekly online session designed to help you step out of the noise for an hour and return to yourself.

Each week is different.

Some sessions focus on meditation.

Some explore reflection, wellbeing practices or meaningful conversation.

What remains the same is the opportunity to pause, breathe and create space for yourself.

No experience is needed.
