Staff Wellbeing Events & Awareness Days

Planning a staff wellbeing day, awareness campaign or team event?

I Am Well delivers practical, body-led sessions that help people recognise pressure earlier and leave with techniques they can genuinely use during the working day.

I Am Well in Practice

Sickle Cell Society

The Sickle Cell Society commissioned a practical aromatherapy workshop focused on safe essential-oil use. Participants created body oils for their own rest and comfort routines, and the response led to requests for further sessions.

The Parent House

A practical staff session responding to the emotional demands and people-facing pressure carried during their work. Staff learnt simple techniques they could use during the working day, and I was invited back.

Plan Your Staff Wellbeing Event

Tell me what you are planning, who the session is for, how much time you have and whether you would like it delivered online or in person.

I will help you choose the most useful session and format for your organisation. If your awareness date or staff event is not listed above, you can still enquire about a tailored session.
