Practical Wellbeing for Schools
I Am Well provides practical wellbeing workshops and programmes for pupils, staff, parents and the wider school community.
Sessions help people recognise pressure earlier, understand what may be sitting underneath behaviour and develop practical ways to respond.
What Schools Are Seeing
Schools are being asked to respond to far more than academic need. Staff are seeing pupils carry pressure through behaviour, withdrawal, conflict, low confidence and difficulty settling, and there is rarely one simple answer.
I Am Well gives pupils practical ways to understand what is happening, communicate more clearly and recognise pressure before it takes over. The same approach supports staff and parents, so children are not expected to carry the whole responsibility for their wellbeing alone.

Schools In Jamaica
I Am Well is based in the UK and works online, in person and internationally.
Dee Marshall is of Jamaican and Trinidadian heritage and is developing I Am Well’s relationships and community connections in Jamaica following recent time spent in the parishes of St Ann and St Mary.
This sits alongside the Jamaica community that I Am Well is beginning to grow through local relationships and online sessions.
Schools in Jamaica can enquire about pupil workshops, staff wellbeing, parent sessions, online delivery and future in-person programmes.
The work will always be shaped around what the school and its community are actually seeing—not imported as a fixed UK programme.
Tell Me What Your School Is Seeing
Some schools come with a clear request. Others know that something is building but are still working out what kind of support would help.
Tell me who the support is for, what you are noticing and what you would like to change.
I will come back to you with a realistic place to begin.
