Commission a Wellbeing Programme
Practical wellbeing support for the people your organisation works with.
I Am Well works with organisations, charities, community services and funded projects to deliver practical wellbeing workshops and programmes for women, parents, families and communities.
Programmes are shaped around the people you support and what you are trying to achieve, with practical support around stress, regulation, confidence, recovery and everyday wellbeing.
What You Can Commission
Programmes can be shaped around a particular need, group or outcome. Rather than offering a collection of disconnected activities, the aim is to give people practical skills they can understand, practise and continue using beyond the sessions.
Women & Recovery
Practical wellbeing support for organisations working with women experiencing prolonged stress, difficult relationships, caring pressures, major life changes or periods of recovery.
The focus is on helping women understand how stress shows up in the body, recognise their own responses and develop practical ways to regulate, rest and reconnect with themselves.
Programme themes can include:
Stress and regulation
Boundaries and recognising your own needs
Rest and recovery
Reconnecting with yourself
Practical techniques including breathwork, grounding and EFT
Programmes are wellbeing-focused and can sit alongside specialist therapeutic, domestic abuse, mental health or other support already being provided.
Parents & Families
Practical wellbeing programmes for services supporting parents, carers and families who may be managing stress, competing demands and very little time or space for themselves.
The focus is not on telling parents how to parent. It is about supporting the person doing the parenting, helping them notice their own stress responses and develop realistic ways to look after themselves while still dealing with everyday life.
Programme themes can include:
Parent regulation and everyday stress
Calm at home
Overwhelm and recognising your limits
Rest and recovery
Practical wellbeing for parents and families
Sessions can be delivered directly to parents and carers or developed as part of wider family support, SEND, early help or community provision.
Community Wellbeing
Accessible wellbeing sessions and programmes for organisations wanting to offer practical support within their communities.
The work can be shaped around the people you are supporting, the setting and what is already happening locally. The aim is to give people useful ways to manage stress, settle the body, recognise when they are becoming overwhelmed and build small wellbeing practices into everyday life.
Programme themes can include:
Stress and everyday regulation
Rest, sleep and recovery
Breathwork, grounding and relaxation
Confidence, boundaries and self-awareness
Practical self-care and complementary wellbeing
Sessions can be delivered as a one-off workshop, a short series or as part of a wider community or funded wellbeing programme.
How Programmes Can Be Delivered

A 4–6 session programme giving participants time to build and practise practical wellbeing skills.
Extended Programme

Bespoke Delivery
A programme developed around your organisation, participant needs, intended outcomes and available funding.
