Women's Wellbeing

Women share conversation around a café table during an I Am Well women’s wellbeing gathering.

Women come to I Am Well looking for different things.

Some want an hour in which nobody needs anything from them. Some want practical ways to manage pressure.
Some want to sit with other women and speak without being dismissed. Others are looking for something useful for a workplace or community group.

This page brings those options together so you can see what is available and choose where you want to begin.

Before You Carry One More Thing

When everybody needs something, it is easy to keep adding to the list without noticing what it is costing you.

This free resource gives you a moment to pause, look at what you are carrying and decide what genuinely needs your attention now.

Before You Carry One More Thing, a free I Am Well reflection for women carrying emotional and mental pressure.

Women’s Wellbeing for Your Group

I deliver practical women’s wellbeing sessions for workplaces, community organisations and existing groups.

We begin with who the session is for, what they are dealing with and what would genuinely be useful. Depending on the group, this might include stress and regulation, rest and recovery, boundaries, guided relaxation, aromatherapy or self-massage.

The aim is not to squeeze another wellbeing activity into the diary. It is to give women something they can still use after the session has ended.
