A Walk for Women Who Spend Too Much Time Sorting Everything Out
Some of us have become so used to being the person who listens, carries, organises and keeps things moving that even time off becomes another thing to do properly.
This walk is a chance to step outside that role for a while.
We walk at an easy pace through Islington. You can talk, listen, laugh, walk quietly or simply enjoy being outside. The conversation is allowed to move without being turned into advice, analysis or another plan.
This is not a fitness walk or a therapy group. It is 90 minutes outside with other women, moving, breathing and being allowed to leave some things unfinished.

What the Walk Is Actually Like
We meet in Islington and walk at a pace that allows us to breathe and talk without arriving anywhere out of breath.
Some women talk from beginning to end. Others take their time, listen or enjoy the quieter parts of the walk. I may offer a simple question or reflection along the way, but there is nothing to perform and no expectation that the morning must become a breakthrough.
Come if you have had too much in your head, have been carrying other people’s needs or simply want good company without having to be “on”.
You do not need to know anybody beforehand. You only need comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.
