A practical, hands-on experience that encourages participants to slow down, notice and reconnect through scent, touch and simple sensory techniques.

This interactive workshop explores how our senses influence the way we feel, respond and regulate throughout the day.

Participants experience practical techniques that can easily become part of everyday life.

No experience needed.

Just curiosity.

During the workshop

Participants explore:

• The connection between scent and wellbeing.

• Simple sensory techniques for reducing stress.

• Practical ways to create moments of calm during busy days.

• The importance of slowing down and noticing.

Depending on the session, participants may also create their own wellbeing blend to take home.
