Regulation Under Pressure™

When coping becomes your normal

Pressure rarely arrives all at once.

More often, it builds quietly until feeling tense, tired, impatient or unable to switch off starts to feel normal.

Regulation Under Pressure™ is a practical online workshop to help you recognise the earlier signs, understand what your body is telling you and find simple ways to pause before pressure becomes overwhelm.

This is not about learning to cope with more.

It is about noticing sooner so you can respond differently.

What We'll Explore

We'll look at why pressure affects us the way it does, how our bodies often notice it before our minds do, and why many of us miss the early signs altogether.

You'll leave with practical techniques that can be used at work, at home and during everyday life, helping you create small moments of regulation before pressure turns into overwhelm.

This isn't about changing your whole life.

It's about changing what happens in the moments that matter.

During the Workshop

We will look at:

  • How pressure can become your normal without you noticing.

  • The earlier physical and emotional signs that something is building.

  • Why constantly being the one who keeps going can take its toll.

  • Simple ways to pause, reset and regain perspective.

  • Practical techniques you can use at work, at home and during demanding moments.

You will not be expected to share anything personal. Come as you are, take part in your own way and leave with tools you can actually use.

Is This for You?

This workshop may be useful if:

  • You keep telling yourself things will calm down after this week.

  • Your mind stays busy long after the day has finished.

  • You are becoming more tired, impatient or easily overwhelmed.

  • You are still getting everything done, but do not feel quite like yourself.

  • You know you need to pause but are not sure how.

You do not need to be at breaking point to notice that something needs your attention.
