The Working Day Reset: Stop Carrying Work Home

Wednesday 7 October 2026 | 7pm

Work can finish on the clock and still follow you into the evening. This live session will help you notice what work pressure is doing in your body and create a clearer transition between working and being at home.

We will use simple breathing, body awareness and gentle movement to reduce some of the carry-over from the day. You will leave with a short reset you can use after difficult conversations, long days or whenever work refuses to leave quietly.

No previous experience is needed. Cameras are optional, and you will not be asked to share anything personal.

When You’re Functioning But Not Fine

Sunday 11 October 2026 | 7pm

Sometimes pressure does not stop you functioning. It simply makes everything cost more.

You may still be working, supporting other people and getting things done while feeling tense, tired, disconnected or much closer to your limit than anybody realises.

This live session will help you recognise some of those quieter signs earlier. We will use grounding, breathwork and body-based practices to create a little more room before pressure takes over.

This is a practical, non-clinical wellbeing session. Cameras are optional, with no pressure to speak or share personal experiences.

Menopause: Pressure, Sleep and a Body That Feels Different

Sunday 18 October 2026 | 7pm

Menopause can change how a woman experiences sleep, energy, concentration, temperature, noise and everyday pressure. Sometimes the body simply does not respond in the way it used to.

This live session creates space to understand some of those changes without being told to push through or calm down.

We will explore practical breathing, grounding and body-based techniques for moments when everything feels louder, hotter, more tiring or simply too much.

This is a non-clinical wellbeing session and does not replace individual medical advice. Cameras are optional, and there is no pressure to share.

Regulation Under Pressure™: What Stress Is Doing Before You Notice

Wednesday 4 November 2026 | 7pm

Stress rarely arrives out of nowhere. The body often shows us what is building through tension, changes in breathing, shorter patience, difficulty concentrating or feeling constantly ready for the next thing.

This live session will help you recognise those signs earlier and respond before pressure becomes overwhelm.

We will use practical regulation techniques that can be completed seated, in ordinary clothing and between the demands of everyday life.

Cameras are optional, and you will not be asked to disclose personal experiences.

Kindness Without Abandoning Yourself

Thursday 12 November 2026 | 7pm

Kindness can quietly become overgiving, saying yes when you mean no and making yourself responsible for everybody else’s comfort.

This live session looks at the difference between being kind and repeatedly abandoning your own needs.

Through reflection, body awareness and practical boundary exercises, we will notice where guilt, pressure and habit may be making decisions for you—and explore how to respond differently without becoming hard or uncaring.

Cameras are optional, and nobody will be required to share anything personal.

Recovery Is Productive™: Self-Care for People Who Keep Going

Wednesday 18 November 2026 | 7pm

Recovery is not something you should have to earn after everything else is finished.

This live session is for people who keep going, remain available and often notice their own tiredness only when the body finally refuses to cooperate.

We will look at what genuine recovery can mean during a normal working week and use breathwork, gentle movement and guided relaxation to put something back before you are completely depleted.

No previous experience is needed. Cameras are optional, and there is no pressure to speak.

December 2026

When December Is Difficult

Tuesday 8 December 2026 | 7pm

December can magnify grief, loneliness, family pressure, financial strain and everything that has changed.

This session is for anybody who finds this part of the year difficult and does not want to pretend otherwise.

We will use grounding, steady breathing and guided reflection to create space around what you are carrying. You will not be expected to explain your loss, tell your story or force yourself into festive cheer.

This is a practical wellbeing session rather than therapy or a bereavement support group. Cameras are optional.

The Longest Night: Winter Solstice Meditation

Monday 21 December 2026 | 8pm

The winter solstice brings us to the longest night of the year and the point at which the days begin slowly lengthening again.

We will use this hour to slow everything down through grounding, breathwork, quiet reflection and a deep guided meditation.

There is nothing to manifest, perform or force. You will be brought fully back and grounded before the session closes.

No previous meditation experience or spiritual practice is needed. Cameras are optional, and listening quietly is still taking part.

Put the Year Down

Wednesday 30 December 2026 | 7pm

Before rushing into resolutions and plans, this is an opportunity to notice what the year has actually asked of you.

We will reflect honestly on what has changed, what has taken more than expected and what you may still be carrying simply because you have not had space to put it down.

The session will include grounding, breathwork, reflection and a deep guided meditation. No vision board, forced gratitude or performance of release—just somewhere steady to pause before the new year begins.

Cameras are optional, and you will not be required to share.
