Partner With Islington Healing Network

Islington Healing Network has been working with local people since 2020.

Over that time, the work has taken place in schools, parent groups, women’s groups, community settings and local wellbeing projects. It has also included School’s Out, community outings, shared meals and other opportunities for people to connect.

We are now looking to build more of this work with organisations that know their communities and want to offer practical support that people can genuinely use.

This page is for local organisations, venues, funders and partners interested in hosting a session, referring residents, supporting a programme or developing something with us.

Ways We Can Work Together

A partnership might begin with one useful session or develop into a longer piece of community work.

IHN can work with local organisations to:

  • Host a practical wellbeing workshop or group session

  • Develop support around a particular community or local need

  • Bring School’s Out or another family activity into a local setting

  • Create women’s wellbeing, parent and carer, young people’s or mixed community sessions

  • Make activities more accessible through funding, venues or subsidised places

We begin with the people you are supporting, what is already available and what may be missing. We do not need to force every group into the same format.

Shaped by What Local People Tell Us

We do not want to decide from a distance what a community needs.

Through Community Voices, short anonymous polls, conversations and feedback, local people can tell us what is missing, who may not be reached and what would make it easier to take part.

This helps IHN plan future activities more carefully and gives partner organisations a clearer picture of what people are actually asking for.

Work With IHN

If you are considering a session, local partnership or community project, tell us a little about what you have in mind.

You do not need to arrive with a finished plan. Let us know who you are hoping to support, what you have noticed and where you think IHN may be able to help.
