Free Online Calm Workshop for Children (Years 1–2)
Pop the Worry Bubble is a gentle, playful online workshop designed to help young children recognise worries and learn a simple calming technique they can use in everyday life.
In this 45-minute live session, children are guided through bubble breathing, light movement and a short imaginative relaxation story. The workshop finishes with a creative drawing activity that helps children express feelings in a safe and age-appropriate way.
This session is ideal for children who experience everyday worries, big emotions or overstimulation. It introduces practical emotional skills in a format that feels fun, engaging and supportive.
