About I Am Well
I Am Well is a wellbeing organisation focused on nervous system regulation, embodied practice and community wellbeing.
Founded by Dee Marshall, our work supports individuals, families, communities and organisations to move out of survival mode and into sustainable stability.
We create grounded, accessible wellbeing spaces that centre safety, regulation and real-life integration.
Our Mission & Approach
Our mission is to make nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing accessible, practical and relevant to everyday life.
We work from a body-first approach, recognising that emotional stability, behaviour change and wellbeing all begin with physiological safety.
Rather than forcing calm or bypassing real experience, we support people to build sustainable regulation skills that can be applied at home,
in communities and in working environments.
About Dee Marshall
Dee Marshall is the founder of I Am Well and creator of the Regulation First Method.
Her work bridges nervous system education, embodied practice and community wellbeing, bringing together grounded techniques with real-life application.

What Makes I Am Well Different
I Am Well is not built on quick fixes or surface-level wellbeing trends.
Our work is grounded in:
Nervous system regulation as a foundation
Body-led and embodied practice
Community-centred wellbeing delivery
Practical tools for real-life integration
Creating safety before change
This approach allows individuals and organisations to build sustainable wellbeing rather than temporary relief.
