Family Wellbeing Programme

Parent & Child Regulation Sessions

Online programmes and live sessions supporting emotional regulation, anxiety reduction, and nervous system resilience for families.
Because children don’t regulate alone, they regulate through connection.

What Is The Family Wellbeing Programme?

The Family Wellbeing Programme is a structured online programme and ongoing live session offering designed to support parents and children in building emotional regulation, nervous system stability and healthier patterns of connection.

This programme is not about fixing behaviour. It focuses on understanding the nervous system, supporting co-regulation and building practical tools that families can use in everyday life.

Families are supported through guided sessions, embodied practices and age-appropriate activities that help both parents and children feel safer, calmer and more connected.

Who This Programme Is For

This programme is designed for families who:

• Experience emotional overwhelm, frequent meltdowns or anxiety
• Want practical regulation tools rather than discipline-based approaches
• Are supporting children through school stress or sensory overload
• Feel burnt out, overstimulated or emotionally drained as parents
• Want to strengthen connection and emotional safety at home

No prior experience is required.

How The Programme Is Delivered

The Family Wellbeing Programme is delivered primarily online to ensure accessibility and flexibility for families.

The programme includes:

• Structured multi-week family regulation programmes (4-6 weeks)
• Weekly drop-in regulation sessions for ongoing support
• Joint parent and child sessions focused on co-regulation
• Parent-only sessions focused on education and nervous system understanding
• Practical home-based tools and activities

Sessions are designed to be gentle, inclusive and adaptable to different family needs.

What We Focus On

The Family Wellbeing Programme centres around two core areas:

Emotional Regulation

Helping children and parents understand emotional responses, build self-regulation skills and develop healthier emotional expression.

Anxiety & Nervous System Support

Supporting families to reduce nervous system overload, manage anxiety and build safety through connection and regulation-based practices.

These focus areas are supported through embodied exercises, guided activities and everyday practical strategies.

Why This Programme Works Differently

This programme is grounded in nervous system education, embodied practice and trauma-aware facilitation.

Rather than focusing on surface-level behaviour management, the work supports regulation at the nervous system level.

When parents and children learn to regulate together, family relationships strengthen and emotional safety increases.

This approach creates long-term change rather than short-term control.
