About the Series

March is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month. Built Strong is designed to support men in understanding their health, managing stress, and strengthening their relationship with their bodies.

This is not therapy, and it is not a lecture. It is a structured, respectful workshop environment that combines straight talking health awareness, facilitated discussion, and guided nervous system practices.

The series is led by Dee Marshall of I Am Well alongside Kyle Addy, an experienced men’s group facilitator. Sessions are live and interactive. No prior experience is needed.

Session Overview

Session 1: The Men’s Health Reset
Prostate awareness and body check-in. We cover early warning signs, common risk factors, and the impact of stress on physical health. Includes guided nervous system reset practices.

Session 2: The Pressure Men Carry
Stress, identity, and silent burnout. We explore how pressure builds in the body and learn practical tools for daily regulation and emotional resilience.

Session 3: Recovering Strength
Healing, patience, and listening to the body. A workshop focused on recovery, sustainable wellbeing, and somatic relaxation.
