What is the 3-Day Calm Camp?
The 3-Day Calm Camp is a short online experience designed to help children settle their nervous systems, regulate emotions and build everyday calm skills.
Across three live sessions, children are guided through breathing techniques, gentle movement and emotional awareness activities in a supportive and engaging space.
This is not about forcing children to sit still.
It is about helping them understand their bodies, recognise emotions and develop practical tools for calming themselves.
No previous experience is needed.
Who this is for
This series is ideal for children who:
Feel emotionally overwhelmed
Experience anxiety or worry
Struggle with transitions or routine changes
Have difficulty winding down or sleeping
Need gentle emotional regulation support
Children join from home with a parent or carer nearby.
Session Schedule
Day 1 - Calm Body
Tuesday 31 March 2026
Children learn how to recognise tension in their bodies and use breathing and gentle movement to settle their nervous system.
Includes:
Guided calming breathwork
Body awareness exercises
Gentle shake-out movement
A simple calm body routine
Day 2 - Calm Mind
Wednesday 1 April 2026
Children explore emotions safely and learn techniques to release worry and reset their thoughts.
Includes:
Emotional awareness activities
Worry release practice
Guided visual calming meditation
Child-friendly tapping for reassurance
Day 3 - Calm Sleep & Safety
Thursday 2 April 2026
Children build a calming evening routine and learn tools to feel safe and relaxed before sleep.
Includes:
Bedtime calming practices
Sleep visualisation
Nervous system settling posture
A reusable night-time calm ritual
